The Grind Shop has announced that they'll be carrying Underwest Donuts at the shop beginning today, 9/18.
Underwest Donuts grew to fame when they first opened in a car wash on the West Side Highway in 2014. They received acclaim for their cake donuts glazed with unusual flavor combinations like their halvah, brown butter, and vanilla/lavender donuts, creating a product that blends tradition with more modern tastes. They've become a critical favorite and are not otherwise available in Jersey City.
The Grind Shop is planning to carry a select range of Underwest donuts every day while also continuing to offer Doughnut Plant doughnuts on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The Grind Shop also carries La Colombe Coffee and is located at 360 Communipaw Ave.
