Graze & Braise/Modern Banh Expand Delivery

Graze & Braise and Modern Banh, owned and operated by Ayaz Adiguzelli, have recently expanded their delivery hours to include weekends.

Graze & Braise is an organic, paleo-based menu with options like Food Truck Chicken & "Rice" and a bunless burger with sweet potato fries and there are a number of vegetarian choices too.

Modern Banh is a mix of banh mi sandwiches, rice bowls, and salads with heavy Vietnamese inspirations but also some Middle Eastern and Mediterranean flavors. The bread is made by local baker Choc O Pain, all vegetables are organic and all meat is grass-fed and pasture-raised.

Both restaurants are delivery only and orders are filled via FastBoy Delivery. Hours are now every M-F from 12:00pm-9:00pm and every Saturday & Sunday from 12:00pm-8:30pm.
