The Cliff first debuted at last summer's JC Project: Eats with these grilled vegetable skewers and a watermelon and feta salad and have since been working to get the cafe open. Work was temporarily paused, but they're back now, finishing up some construction work and refining all the details. It will be a casual eat-in and take out neighborhood cafe with outdoor space and a focus on wholesome food including vegetarian and vegan items.
Although no opening date has been set as of yet, they have started looking for staff, specifically local kitchen talent, and it seems like they're aiming to open prior to the summer.
