Lee Sims Chocolates - Owned and run by the same family for four generations, Lee Sims is a classic Jersey City spot especially ideal around holidays. Specializing in milk and dark chocolates of all kinds, they have specialty molded chocolate bars and figures like bunnies, Easter eggs, and lambs all ready for Easter along with chocolate covered marshmallow and peanut butter eggs. If you're picking up gifts, they have pre-made baskets of various sizes all wrapped up and decorated for the season with big and small rabbits, foil wrapped eggs, malt balls, a variety of chocolates and more.
Milk Sugar Love - Milk Sugar Love has a specialty menu all set for Easter which includes a coconut buttercream bunny cake, a baby chick macaron duo, bunny sugar cookies, and rosette cupcakes, all beautifully decorated. Pre-orders must be in by this Thursday (3/24) and there will also be special ice cream flavors available the weekend of Easter and a new Mac Daddy ice cream sandwich.
Cocoa Bakery - Cocoa Bakery is now taking pre-orders for their list of Easter desserts which includes a variety of cakes, mixed berry tarts, key lime pie, cheesecake, Easter-themed cookies, and cookie platters and most notably, their specialty cream puffs which only make an appearance a few times a year. They will also have some desserts available the weekend of Easter, but to guarantee availability, it's best to place your order ahead of time.
