The 8th Annual All About Downtown Street Fair is this Saturday and it promises to be bigger and better than ever.
The fair will run from 12pm-8pm and it will take place along Newark Ave from the Grove PATH Plaza all the way to Coles Street. There will be live music throughout the fair to enjoy as you check out the 300+ vendors, a dedicated kids area with face-painting and bouncy houses, food, drinks, and more.
Some highlights to look forward to include:
The Backyard Reggaeton of Fun from Left Bank Burger Bar. Left Bank is setting up a special reggae corner with island-insprired drinks, eats, music, and more.
Doughnuts from The LoDG - this Hoboken-based craft doughnut shop will be stationed at the fair with plenty of their unique doughnuts like the El Basero, a guava glazed doughnut with a cream cheese stuffed doughnut hole.
Pasta Dal Cuore, makers of fresh pasta and authentic Italian dishes, will be there with samples of their housemade pasta, appetizers, and more. Stop by to check out samples of their upcoming fall menu and see what you'll be eating as the cold weather sets in.

Pop-up vendor and ramen house Tojo's Kitchen will be another first time vendor at the fair, serving up their popular, long-simmered tonkotsu or shoyu ramen along with small, shareable bites like gyoza and spring rolls.
Favorite food truck No Forks Given will be at the festival as a first time vendor with their excellent sandwiches and other hand-held creations. I highly recommend the carnitas grilled cheese or juicy chicken thigh topped with aji sandwich (along with a lot of napkins).
For those with a sweet tooth, House of Cupcakes, a Food Network Cupcake Wars Award Winner, will be there with a variety of cupcakes ranging in flavors from Boston Cream Pie to Dulce de Leche to Pina Colado. They offer cupcakes to go as well as to eat on the spot if you want to take a treat or two home!
