It's a busy week in Jersey City! Three restaurants are having their official ribbon-cutting ceremony this week.

Miso Ramen Update - Their Hours

Miso Ramen, which opened on Tuesday, has put up an announcement with their temporary hours as they go through their soft open.

Going forward, they'll be open Tuesday through Sunday from 4pm-10pm. They will be closed on Mondays. A more permanent schedule will be set after this initial opening phase.

Miso Ramen, 189 Newark Ave, has been under construction since last year and while they still have paper up on the windows, they're actually finished with work and are just waiting for permits from the city. They anticipate having their soft opening within the next two weeks!

Who's Open Around Town

Not long ago, I did a construction round-up of a lot of the places in progress around town, and since then, a few of those places have opened, a few more have made significant progress, and a few others not mentioned have also opened.

Bwe Kafe, a coffee shop with a social mission founded in Hoboken, opened their Jersey City location at 140 River Drive South.

Dark Side of the Moo, well-known for their exotic meats, opened their first brick and mortar location in the Heights this past weekend at 52 Bowers Street. They're still in the process of the soft opening and will be closed Wednesday and Thursday, but will be having their official Grand Opening this Saturday
