Project: Eats!

This Saturday, July 26th, The Jersey City Project is hosting what will probably be the best event ever (by my standards), Project: EATS!

Ever since the announcement came out, I've been looking forward to this. Not just for the food, but because The Jersey City Project creates amazing, varied, and vibrant markets full of delicious food, interesting, unique crafts, home goods, and specially-crafted furniture. There's always something for everyone and this market promises to be no different.

There will be over 30 vendors present representing all things food and drink, from kitchen goods to food trucks to frozen cocktails and beer. Hamilton Inn will be providing the drinks, Yelp will be doing giveaways and have a life-sized beer pong activity (!?!), and Zog Sports will have free games all day. There will be two workshops: a cupcake-decorating workshop for kids by Bambino Chef and a market tote screen-printing workshop with Nightingale Projects.

Jersey City Veggie Burgers will be bringing a special spicy veggie burger called The Heat Wave, Grandma Downtown will have a new special curry and lots of other special surprises, Pig  and Prince is bringing hot pork links, ModCup will be offering special coffee, both hot and cold, Cholita Dessert Bar will be bringing paletas made with macaron shells, City Diner is bringing giant turkey legs and pulled pork sliders, Union Republic will be offering their ramen burgers, the soon-to-open Broa will be there giving a preview of what we can expect, and seriously, so so much more!
