La Festa Italiana starts today on 6th Street between Monmouth and Brunswick! This traditional Old World Italian Festival is held every year and hugely popular. It really captures a lot of the old and new Italian culture and the traditions that are especially prevalent in Jersey City. It's family-friendly with activities, booths, and of course food!
There are the traditional Holy Rosary Rice Balls and Zeppole amongst other italian specialties, Delenio's and Michael Anthony's will both be serving up food, and White Star Bar is providing some more adult-friendly beverages. Make sure to swing by and help support all the work that goes into this event as well as have fun!
