Organized by SILVERMAN, the BBQ Festival benefits the Hamilton Park Conservancy and always draws large crowds. It runs from 12pm-8pm at Hamilton Square. The festival will have live music all day, family-friendly activities like face-painting & a bouncy castle, and even a mechanical bull.
Besides all the activities, there are nine different vendors serving up delicious food this year including GP's, Pennsylvania Jimmy's BBQ, Delaney BBQ of Brooklyn, Dinosaur Bar-B-Q, Union Republic, and Ben's BBQ & Catering of Newark. Milk Sugar Love will also be there serving up four barbecue inspired flavors: honey corncake, morning bacon, jalapeno peach sorbet, and vanilla bean.
