Satis Bistro is holding a "Winter Wine Dinner" on Wednesday, January 21st. It begins at 7:30 pm and there will be six delicious-sounding tastings paired with wines presented by Cool Vines, Kermit Lynch, & IPO Wines.

Three of Jersey City's local culinary talents are banding together this Saturday, January 17th for a unique pop-up dining opportunity. The four course dinner "To Your Health", created by David Trotta of Whealth, Michelle Berckes of Busy Bee Organics, and and Ron Mirante of Bone In Food, will present each chef's approach to their cooking and the story behind it.

Komegashi Too is hosting a five course dinner and "Old World vs New World" wine tasting on January 28th that will feature comparison tastings of  Pinot Noir and Burgundy. If you buy your tickets before January 15th, you'll receive a discounted price of $65.
