Join Pasta Dal Cuore on Tuesday, 3/27, for a five course dinner inspired by the tastes and style of the northwestern coast of Italy. Personalized takes on regional favorites from Cinque Terre and Genoa will be served with a focus on fresh spring ingredients and seasonal flavors.
Each course will be paired with a specifically chosen wine from Cool Vines and over the course of the evening, some history and background will be shared on each dish and why it was chosen, some of the process of making it, and where the regional inspiration and influences come from.
The menu will have five courses that begin with a trio of appetizers like a swiss chard and ricotta Easter pie, followed by three pasta dishes including an artichoke ravioli and a handmade chestnut trofie pasta, and finished with a delicious dessert that contains the trinity of fruit, liquor, and chocolate.
