Three Fundraisers In Jersey City

 Jersey City always has you covered when it comes to eating and drinking well, but it's even better when you get to combine that with helping raise funds for a good cause. Check out these three fundraisers happening soon in Jersey City and show your support.


On Thursday 5/10, American Needs You will be holding a fundraiser at JC Underground at Grove Square, 116 Newark Ave. America Needs You is a non-profit mentoring organization that focuses on the economic mobility of first generation (first of their families to go to college) low income college students through one on one mentoring and workshops that focus on everything from resume/interview prep and developing elevator pitches to public speaking and personal finance.

The fundraiser will be a Masquerade with an open bar and dinner buffet, a DJ, and an auction with lots of great items. Tickets are $125 each in advance and $150 at the door. 


The OLC School is holding their 6th Annual Taste of Jersey City Fundraiser on Friday, 5/11 on the Charles & Co rooftop at 201 Montgomery.

The event will run from 7pm-11pm and  will feature bites from all over Jersey City, local craft beers, wine, live entertainment and music. Tickets are $60 in advance and all funds raised go to the school.


Join Whealth and CurePSP for a special three course Dinner For Hope.

CurePSP is a foundation dedicated to prime of life brain diseases which include a spectrum of untreatable and incurable disorders. CurePSP provides support for patients, families and other caregivers; education and awareness to professional audiences and the general public; and research funding and clinical trials support to investigators and pharmaceutical companies seeking to find treatment and cure.

The dinner will take place on 5/17, beginning at 7:30pm at Whealth, 615 Pavonia Ave and will feature farm-fresh food, a variety of appetizers, main dishes, and dessert. Tickets to the dinner are $45 each and all sales will go to the CurePSP foundation.
