Originally expected to open last summer, there were some delays, but the past several weeks have been a flurry of activity as machines and furniture were moved in and employees were trained. They will open at 12pm today and stay open until 11pm tonight so there's plenty of time to go try it out!
The list of flavors on their website is pretty extensive and I have to think will rotate in and out, but it seems like we can count on several varieties of yogurt, sorbet, and greek yogurt! According to the menu posted on their facebook, the yogurt will cost .55/oz and the greek yogurt will be .65/oz while toppings on their own will be .75/oz. There will also be the option of a protein boost and they are offering smoothies and muffins as well.
The address is 126 Newark Ave at Grove, right across the street from the PATH so stop by and welcome Downtown Yogurt to Jersey City!
