Hamilton Pork, the sister restaurant of The Hamilton Inn, has been under construction and have let it be known they anticipate being open as early as this weekend or next week.
Located at 247 10th Street, right next to the Hamilton Inn, Hamilton Pork is going to bringing BBQ to downtown. I think we can expect some minor menu crossover from the Hamilton Inn, but for the most part, they're all about the barbecue although there have been some questions about the location and probability of a smoker.They will
serve alcohol on premises. It's a relatively small space, but there's definitely room for indoor seating and I expect they plan to do a lot of take-out.

Now if we could only get a good sit down deli restaurant.....
What a lovely comment. It is possible to express your enthusiasm for a BBQ restaurant without denigrating a lot of other businesses.
