New Bangladeshi restaurant Korai Kitchen is launching their soft open this Friday.
Located at 576 Summit Avenue near Journal Square, Korai Kitchen will be serving a locally-inspired menu with Bengali flavors and flare. Known for their rice and curry dishes, Bangladeshi fare can range from sweet to very spicy with lots of flavor and aromatic spices. Korai Kitchen will offer a buffet with daily rotating vegetarian, seafood, and meat dishes, daal, curried vegetables, and Bangladeshi specialties called bhartha which are mashed dishes made out of potatoes, eggplant, eggs, and more.

Family-owned and operated with a background in catering and delivery service, Korai Kitchen has been working on the restaurant for some time and they're very excited to be opening their doors and fulfilling their dream. They will be open from 11:30am-9pm every Tuesday through Sunday and dine-in and take-out service is available.
