Hudson Kitchen Presents Table Talk Live

Hudson Kitchen, a new culinary resource in Jersey City, is hosting the first occasion of its new education series Table Talk Live on March 9th.

Table Talk Live is a networking event for local food entrepreneurs, industry professionals, and those just interested to get together, discuss challenges and successes, and work together in an engaging and collaborative atmosphere.

This first event will focus on the theme of "Finding Your Mix: Following Your Dreams As A Food Entrepenuer" and will involve a panel of five local entrepreneurs including Ali Maffucci, founder of Inspiralized; Alysis Vasquez, chef and owner of Chilltown Kitchen; Dawn Pascale, founder of specialty bakeing company OM Sweet Home; Eddie Cotto, Jr., executive chef and owner of ME Casa; and Lloyd Ortuoste, co-founder of Baonanas. They'll answer questions, discuss how their individual businesses came to be, and relate some of they lessons they learned.

The event is open to the public and along with the panel, there will also be sample tasting menus available from local start-ups and time to socialize and network with the other attendees. This session will run from 6-9pm on March 9th at 109 Columbus Drive.
