A Little Gelato Now Open

A new gelato shop, A Little Gelato, opened this weekend at 280 Central Ave. Replacing Amrit Taste of India restaurant, the shop sits next door to popular pizza place Renato's and is owned and operated by Jersey City Heights residents Kenneth and Christine.

The shop will carry fruit sorbets, a variety of gelato flavors, gelato cakes, affogato, sorbet and gelato pops, and much more. All items are made fresh in-store including their waffle cones and they welcome favorite flavor recommendations.

This weekend was their soft opening and they will be celebrating their Grand Opening including the ribbon-cutting tomorrow, 8/1. The shop will be open daily from 10am-10pm and they are currently hiring.
