Community News: La Unica Bakery opens, Corgi Spirits JAX Fundraiser, Graze and Braise new menu, and more.

• Congratulations to La Unica Bakery which opened for business at Central Ave last week. A Chinese-Cuban bakery, La Unica has another store in Union City and they offer specialties like coffee, bubble tea, Cuban empanadas, breakfast sandwiches and more. 
• Square 1 will be celebrating its first year in business this Tuesday, 12/12 with a special party from 7-9pm. Tickets are $45 each and an RSVP is required.
• Cocoa Bakery has put out their Christmas Desserts menu so you can get a jump on placing your orders. They have traditional Buche De Noels, cakes, pies, cookies and more. 
• Graze and Braise has launched a new winter menu featuring dishes like shredded Cuban pork with smashed yucca, turkey meat loaf, and vegan dishes like mushroom chili with mashed yam. Make sure to place your orders by 10pm on Fridays for delivery the next Sunday or Monday. 
• A Holiday Pop-Up is coming to the Heights next Sunday, 12/17 from 11am-4pm at The Musician's Building, 130 Central Avenue. 
• Congratulations to Satis Bistro on celebrating their seventh anniversary this week. 
• On Thursday 12/14, join Corgi Spirits and Jersey Art Exchange for the JAX Speakeasy Shindig fundraiser. All money raised will go to JAX which offers afterschool Teen Art/Technology Programs. Tickets are $45 each and there will be food, drinks, and live music.
