Owned and run by Ayaz Adiguzelli, the same owner of Graze and Braise, Modern Banh is focusing on Vietnamese Banh Mi-inspired dishes including a variety of Banh Mi made on Choc-O-Pain bread, rice bowls, and salads. While the Modern Banh menu won't follow the same paleo standards as Graze and Braise, there is still a focus on fresh, quality ingredients including the same grass-fed, pasture-raised, antibiotic-free meat and all organic vegetables. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are available.
A limited menu will be available today with deliveries going out via FastBoy Delivery and they hope to be serving the full menu at a regular schedule by the end of the week. All prices listed include tax and delivery.
