25 Senate Place is a new luxury apartment building on Senate Place between Dey Street and Van Winkle Avenue currently leasing 1 & 2 bedroom apartments and as part of their commercial space Modcup, known for their strict adherence to freshness and specialty roasting times and temperatures, has created a new cafe and a full roasting facility on-site.
Although they're still waiting for a couple of last minute items, the store is set to begin their soft open this morning and expect to be open from 7am - 5pm on weekdays and 8am-5pm on weekends. It's a nice open space with a good amount of seating and they will have their full range of espresso and specialty coffee drinks including cold brew as well as freshly roasted coffee to take home.
Modcup's original location is at 479 Palisade Avenue in Jersey City Heights and they have several retail locations throughout the city including Koro Koro Cafe and Bucket & Bay.
