The Annual Newport Beach Party Recap

Recently, I was invited* by Quinn PR to attend the Annual Newport Beach Party as their guest. After a few years of having to miss it, I was especially excited to be able to attend this year and check out the event first-hand.

Located at Newport Green, Jersey City's own beach, the party hosts several Newport restaurants as vendors and has live entertainment and bands playing as attendees enjoy the beach while looking across to beautiful NYC views. The party and the bands are very family-friendly but there's enough going on to entertain people of all ages.

The food vendors included local Newport restaurants like Cosi's, Bwe Kafe, Loradella's, Raaz, and more. People were picnicking all over - sitting at tables, on the grass, and on the beach. I managed to grab some samosas from Raaz  and a refreshing raspberry lemonade from Cosi. This was my first time trying Raaz and I was very impressed.

They did a great job making the potato-pea mixture spicy without being too hot. They were by far the ones with the longest line (although Loradella's came close - they were firing off pizza slice after slice) and it was great to grab a couple things and sit down to enjoy the music from The Fuzzy Lemons and The Benjamins while enjoying a beautiful summer night on the water.

*Disclosure - As part of going to this event, I was comped food and drinks but was not paid to write this post.
