Weekend Events

There are festivals and food galore this weekend starting today! Check out your list of food events for the weekend:

Thursday

It's Bastille Day and to celebrate, Choc O Pain will have free tastings of charcuterie, cheese, bread and more at all locations from 2pm-4pm. In addition, it's also the ribbon cutting & cash mob for the 942 Summit location in Jersey City Heights and they'll have specials for the occasion.

New beer garden and dim sum spot Baozi Brew will be open and serving for their Thursday Summer Movie Night and showing Vertigo.

Friday
Uber is delivering ice cream on demand to select cities including Jersey City and Hoboken on Friday between 11am-3pm. For $15, you can get 6 Magnum bars.

The Morgan is hosting another Jersey City Food Truck Rally from 6pm-9pm at the corner of Bay & Marin.

Saturday
JCFamilies is having their Annual Diversity Festival from 10am-2pm. There will be arts & crafts, music and food vendors including Bucket & Bay who will be giving away free gelato to the first thirty kids who show up in their national costume.


It's Lucky 7's Annual Rock 'N Roll BBQ beginning at 1pm. They'll have bands, plenty of beer, and BBQ all day and night.

The Pop Up Project is going strong again this weekend with art, music, and food trucks like Incrediballs, the Taco Truck, and Baonanas.

Sunday
6th Borough Market is back this weekend with vendors like Gusti Di Sicilia, Eema's Cuisine, lots of food trucks, and more. It runs from 11am-5pm.

Whealth and Co. is back with their new Sunday Got Me Like Brunch weekly event at Transmission. Reservations can now be made through Open Table and you get to pick two brunch options and a mimosa or Bloody Mary for $25.
