White Star's a nightmare to work for. Ownership should just buy a place in Williamsburg already rather than trying to emulate places that were in vogue 3-4 years ago. Was hilarious watching him show YouTube videos to seasoned line cooks trying to teach them their craft. Place uses commodity level products and frozen items like OreIda Fries.
