Frankie Bar & Eatery Opening Soon

Frankie, the long-awaited contemporary Australian bar and eatery at Charles & Co., is preparing to launch their soft open. While they haven't announced a specific date, it's on track to open within the next week.

The proprietors of Frankie, who also brought us Fox & Crow in the Heights,  have spent over a year building out the space at 264 Grove Street, often popping up at events around town to share their progress and offer previews from their menu with items like lavender lemonade and grilled shrimp with ginger.

They will focus heavily on their natural wine program, meaning wines that are made with minimal technological intervention and no chemicals during the grape growing or wine-making process. Along with their wine program, they'll also have cocktails made with fresh fruit and vegetable juices, and a beer list comprised of local craft brews and some imported favorites.

The food menu will feature modern Australian cuisine built around high-quality meat, seafood, and farm-fresh produce.

Stay tuned for more information as they open.
