Recapping Project Eats

This weekend, The Jersey City Project is presenting Project: Eats*, a TWO DAY event full of some of the best eats from vendors in Jersey City and beyond. There will be food stands, trucks, and other specialty vendors selling food-related items of all sorts.

The Jersey City Project Events always have a huge turn-out and are a lot of fun. To give you an idea of what's in store, I thought I'd post some pictures from last year's Project Eats.

Going last year meant being able to try a one time specialty Heat Wave burger from Jersey City Veggie Burgers, trying Nums for the first time, getting a preview of Broa before they opened and checking out specialty items and menus from almost every other vendor!

This is one of the best (and extraordinarily filling) events of the year where you really get to try a little bit of everything. Check back in later this week as I break down who will actually be there this year and for some special recommendations!

*To be clear, I am not at all affiliated with Project Eats except as an avid fan and consumer. The wonderful people at The Jersey City Project are behind this excellent eating adventure.
