Jersey City
  • Congratulations to Milk Sugar Love on being featured on Insider for the Fruity Pebbles Mac Daddy ice cream cake and on being nominated in the Garden State Culinary Arts Awards
  • Congratulations to South House, Dullboy, Pint, and Fox and Crow for being named among the 17 best bars to visit in Northern New Jersey by NJ Monthly. 
  • Chef Michael Martello Jr., known for his creativity and embracing the nose-to-tail food movement) is joining Bone In
  • Third & Vine is hosting a Napa wine-tasting dinner on Thursday, March 16th for $75/person. 
  • 4th Street Arts has announced the date for their Chili Cook-Off and Mac & Cheese Extravaganza! It will be held Saturday, May 13th at Cathedral Hall. 
  • Torico has brought back Irish Mint Lacquer for the month of Marsh. 
  • Pet Shop is introducing new Taco Tuesday specials, all vegetarian and it includes $7 margaritas. 

Outside Jersey City
  • Wok to Walk, a popular Asian chain seen throughout Europe, Asia, Africa, South America, and most recently in Manhattan, is expanding into New Jersey with over a dozen locations over the next three years. They most recently opened a spot in Newark last week and plan to open another in Hoboken this May.
  • A special Chef's Table is happening at Hudson Table with the chefs from Halifax at the W Hotel in Hoboken. It takes place this Thursday, tickets are $130 each and include a wine pairing. 
  • Whole Foods in Newark opened last week and they're carrying Jersey City Veggie Burgers
  • Porter Collins, the newest restaurant from Pino Hospitality which also includes Anthony David's and Bin 14 Wine Bar, is expected to open in the middle of this month. 
  • Makai Poke Co. opened in Hoboken last week.
