Join York Street Project on Thursday, June 15th from 6-9pm for their annual fundraiser and street festival, Evening Under the Stars, with food tastings, drinks, and live music.
York Street Project is a multi-faceted non-profit organization dedicated to breaking the cycle of poverty by providing a series of programs that address the housing, educational, childcare, and employment needs of low-income families, particularly women and children. By offering these support systems all together at once, they help families make longer-term changes for a better future.
Evening Under the Stars is in its 7th year and serves as one of the organization's major fundraisers. Food and drinks will be provided by Sam a.m., Eemas, Talde, Miss Wong's, Hamilton Pork, Choc-O-Pain, and several others.
