4th Streets Arts is bringing back their epic culinary battle and homebrew tasting fundraiser!
After a couple of years off, the non-profit organization has decided to bring back their Chili Cook-Off and Mac & Cheese Showdown Extravaganza! The event will take place on Sunday, 9/17 from 11am-4pm and will feature both professional and home cooks battling it out to prove they have the best chili and mac & cheese in town. In addition, the Jersey City Homebrew Club will be sponsoring a homebrew tasting for those age 21 and over.
It's $40 to enter into the competition as an individual and $75 to enter as a business with all proceeds going to benefit 4th Street Arts and Cathedral Hall. Individuals are required to provide a team name and table creativity is encouraged. Entries will be based upon taste, texture, and creativity and a variety of prizes will be handed out to the winners.
