Wurstbar Expands Their Menu

Wurstbar, 516 Jersey Ave, is launching a new menu this Friday, 12/1! They're keeping their current menu of already excellent sausages and hot dogs and are expanding the menu to include a selection of burgers, more poutine options, snacks, and more.

The new menu will have four burgers, all made from a Pat LaFreida blend, with themed toppings like the Mexi Melt burger made with salsa jam, avocado, and a queso fresco encrusted bun or the Da Blu Burger with bacon, blue cheese, caramelized onions & truffle oil aioli. All burgers can also be made vegetarian with the substitution of a Jersey City Veggie Burger upon request.

The poutine list has been expanded to include a former favorite special, the Brotherly Love with Haus cut fries, cheese curds, cheese sauce, philly steak, onions, and sweet peppers and Chili Cheese Poutine.

Snacks will include smaller, but still hearty, bites like fried cheese curds, mini Mexican corn dogs with chili lime mayo, wings, brussels sprouts, a "Kale Caesar!" salad and more. They're also adding a sausage plate where you can order your choice of two sausages to be grilled and served up with kraut, pickles, and housemade condiments.

Stop by beginning Friday to check it out and don't forget their daily happy hour Monday through Friday from 4-7pm.
