Pho 888, a new Vietnamese restaurant, is holding their soft open today.
Located at 520 West Side Avenue, they'll be open from 11am-10pm and they'll have a special soft open menu featuring some of their specialties and favorites. They passed all their inspections earlier this month and have been hard at work over the past couple of weeks fixing up last minute details and finalizing menu details.
The full menu is posted on their Facebook page and includes a wide range of Vietnamese specialties including a list of different kinds of pho and vegetarian-friendly options.
