Bella d'Estate Summer Seafood Wine Dinner

On Tuesday, August 7th, join Pasta Dal Cuore and Jersey Wine and Spirits for a special event -  the Bella d'Estate Summer Seafood Wine Dinner.

The dinner will be five courses with wine pairings and a focus on fresh seafood. A representative from the Sicilian-based Firriato Winery will be at the dinner to discuss what they're pouring, where it comes from, and how its made. The menu is below:

Tickets to dinner are $90/person with part of the proceeds going to SoilAir Selection's Foundation, a company focused on bringing quality wines to new audiences while promoting humanitarian causes.
