Pasta Dal Cuore - Non Solo Verdura: A Night of Vegan Delights


Pasta Dal Cuore is putting together a very special vegan dinner featuring fresh, handmade pastas and complex Italian flavors and they're bringing in some natural wines from Pet Shop to go with it.

The dinner will include dishes like stuffed zucchini blossoms made with fava bean puree and a prosecco tempura and spinach ravioli with vegetable bisque and cherry tomatoes. There will be five courses including dessert and each comes with a curated wine pairing featuring natural wines made with no herbicides or pesticides and little to no sulfites.

Chris Leo of PS Wine Bar will be on hand to give some background about what natural wines are, how they're made, and each glass that you're tasting and Elena Cartagena from Pasta Dal Cuore will be there to give you some background on the flavors and tradition that go into the dishes.

Tickets are $75/person and the dinner will take place on July 11th from 7-9pm. To give you an idea of how well-done these dinners are, check out my post from a previous event.  Seating is limited, so make sure to order your tickets in advance.
